Washington, D.C.

Our next trip was to Washington DC! It also isn't my first time here but the first time I was there, it was just for a short time so I didn't really get to appreciate it. The plan was to spend a whole day here. Since we're coming from Baltimore, we needed to travel for about an hour going to and fro Washington. This was my favorite place among all the others we visited in the East Coast!

We rode the MARC train at the Baltimore Penn Station going to DC. Since we were there for new experiences, we wanted to experience riding the train even if it's just for an hour! And, anyway, it's cheaper for $7.00 than riding the bus. We didn't plan anything beforehand so we couldn't buy bus tickets months before so the prices were around $20 already. We bought the train tickets inn the station on the day itself. And they give discount tickets to students! So again, go ahead and bring your ID's!

Forever seatmate, Glyza!
Wore my fave lipstick. Hahaha kind of having a lipstick obsession now. I'm wearing Too Faced Melted, Melted Ruby and I bought it from Sephora. I swear someday I'll buy the other colors! Or maybe I'll ask that from Santa on Christmas. Haha
Emoment
Union Station!
Immediately after we got off, we headed to the Information booth to ask for a map. Since we were saving money, we only planned on walking around the city. It's actually also nice because walking lead us to some great areas that we wouldn't have found if we took buses and subways!
Nah, I just took a picture. We didn't ride this. Haha
This is my first ever (and my last) ootd pose. Actually love my outfit here! So magfeeling fashion blogger lang ako. Wait. Hahaha.
top from Charlotte Russe, skort from GAP, shoes from Vans...what else?? Hahaha, although you can't see it, my fave charm bracelet is from Disney World. I'm in love with the Tinkerbell charm. On all my trips, I wore my favorite butterfly necklace I bought from South Korea. It's from a shop around Bukchon Hanok Village.

Stopped by this really beautiful fountain at a park somewhere near the Capitol.
GAP girls!
Hahaha, somebody actually called out on us while we were walking. He shouted, "Go GAP!" Huhuhu it was too bad I lost my cap though. Until now, I'm still looking at other GAP stores if they have that same kind.

Still don't know what I'm trying to prove here haha

Walking and walking
Since we were still hungry because our lunch was an ultra fail, we bought cheese burgers along the way. It was also time to rest our feet. Hahaha

Sakit sa ulo, Georgia... (Not talking about the state again.)
Almost there!
Yes, we're halfway there! Lincoln Memorial, you are our last stop!
Continue walking...
Finally there! The sun was almost setting, it was amazing!

I was actually laughing because of a few failed shots here. Hahaha. And I'm not going to post the picture. Ktnxbye.

We bought Megabus tickets going back to Baltimore. It costs around $15-$20. We spent almost two hours going back to the station to catch our bus and we didn't even notice it.

With great company, you really wouldn't notice the time. :)
Love you Washington, DC! Hope I can come back soon. Hopefully when those cherry blossoms are in bloom.
