Universal Studios Japan

We spent our second day in Osaka in Universal Studios Japan. I was really excited about going to USJ because I wanted to see how different it was from the other Universal Studios I went to! And especially since they have The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, I want to see how magical it will be again.

Of course the first place we wanted to check out was The Wizarding World of Harry Potter! We heard that they have a system for that part of the theme park since a lot of people wants to go there. The first thing you do if you want to go there was get a ticket for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter which you can find at the park near the Jaws ride. Get your ticket early! Because we got there just after the park opened and our ticket already says, 11:30AM. The ticket shows the time when you're allowed to go line up at Harry Potter. I was honestly surprised about this system since when I went to the one in Orlando, they didn't have that. But The Wizarding World was smaller there compared to Orlando so maybe it makes sense to control the number of people going there.
We went to check out the other places while we're waiting for our turn.

My brother bought that straw hat from One Piece! They have a lot of items from popular anime which I actually liked! They don't have that in Universal Studios Orlando. Hahaha.

This is so fun! Hahaha. We saw a lot of cosplayers around the park! Yes, complete with the wig and all.

Btw, it says "Water" on my shirt. I only found out when we were in line to get photographed with upside down Spiderman and the guy was curious where I got it. (Got it from Aeropostale from their Tokyo collection.)

Yes guyssss, they have a Minion Mart!!!!!!! I was crazy for this since I'm crazy for minions. Hahaha. I have a minion stuffed toy, minion collection from McDonald's, and pictures with minions from my visit in Universal Studios Hollywood. And now I have a minion keychain and mini minion Lego!!!
Minions!!!! Lelz
Here we are!!!!!! There's a long walk through the Forbidden Forest going to Hogwarts and Hogsmeade itself which they don't have in Orlando and which is rather cool since you get all excited like, 'yes, this is it this is it' especially since the Harry Potter background music is playing lelz hahaha captured all that on snapchat!
Hogsmeade, we meet again!!!!

Went to lunch at Three Broomsticks! And right beside it, Hog's Head was open! It's not open in Orlando, I don't know if it is now, though. It's a bar connecting to Three Broomsticks.
Got my dose of Butterbeer!!! Yey
The food here was the same as the ones in Orlando so we already know what we're getting.
Yes to Butterbeer! Wish I could make it at home. Recipes, anyone?
You pass Hogsmeade and there you are! Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry!!

Right next to Hogwarts is the Black Lake! And they also don't have that in Orlando.
At the castle, there are two lines, one is for the tour of the castle and one is for Harry Potter and The Forbidden Journey ride. We didn't know there were different lines since we can't read Nihonggo so we thought that the line for the tour was for the other one. Anyway, it was a good thing we noticed it early since the lines are really really loooooong! Talk about an hour and a half wait! It was understandable and worth it though so just wait it out! We didn't go and line up for the tour though since we'll waste our time lining up just for those two. Hopefully, we can go back again and line up there next time.
Yep, they have the greenhouse here! Forbidden Journey was amazing! I promise you that! Though it was actually funny while you're on the ride, the characters were Japanese dubbed so we couldn't really understand what they were saying.
Here I am picking a souvenir that my brother will buy for me. Settled for the Gryffindor pillow!

My mom and I knew that there's a sort of presentation at Ollivander's where they reenact that scene in the movie when Harry bought his wand. We wanted to check it out for my brother to see it but the wait was an hour and half here too!
Yes to Gilly Water! I still have the bottle!
There's actually a line at Zonko's too! You have to wait in line outside before they let you inside. They control the people here too. When people go out, they let people in.
Here's Mr. Weasley's car in the Forbidden Forest! I think it would be cool if they also have the centaurs and other creatures here.
Before you get out of the Wizarding World, make sure you already had your fill. Because the ticket you got earlier was a one time thing, you can't get another ticket and go back inside again.
You have to check out Jaws! Even if you don't speak Japanese, they were brilliant in acting everything out that you get what they were saying.

Minion dango! There were a lot of character snacks all over the park, so check them out!
Maybe you can buy a daily dose of happiness over here. Haha

There were a lot of people at the center because they have an event. I don't really know what it's called because we were also surprised that there was a crowd. They spray water at everyone and they even have a hose so they could get more people. We stayed away since we didn't have extra clothes and our bags aren't really waterproof. Hahaha, if we were informed we could have joined in the fun!
Wanted to check this out because of Snoopy. Lelz

Help?

Of course a trip to Universal Studios isn't complete without a picture of the Globe!

I always always have fun at Universal Studios and this was no different! Wish I know Nihonggo though. Yes to Japanese lessons?
