Heading towards the Sin City! But I assure you, I didn't commit any sins in this city! Except maybe... too much food? Super long ride from Los Angeles to Las Vegas! About 6-7hrs. Thank you Tita Vicki for this Vegas treat!
Las Vegas at night is truly beautiful! These photos are shot while in a moving car hehe
We arrived at Fremont Hotel at around 9pm. Tita Vicki said that we should experience the 'old Vegas' before going to The Strip. So we walked around Fremont Street after dinner.
There is so much going on! Very entertaining for my first night in Vegas!
Before going back to the hotel, we saw a crowd around this person named Tony Vegas. I don't have a video to show how amazing this person is but we spent minutes watching him do his art! We saw how he made three different pictures and I kept being amazed on how he does it. Sobrang galing!!! I wish I could purchase one of his artworks. My mom wanted to buy one too but we didn't know how we could keep it since we're going to travel from place to place.
Like their facebook page to see more of their artworks!
The next day, we overslept so we couldn't go out to roam around the streets of Fremont again. We moved over to another hotel, Rio, which is near The Strip.
Our Rio room!
Mom and Tita Vicki
We purchased the Buffet of Buffets at noon. We can go to any participating hotels within 24 hours at any time to enjoy their buffet! And this only costs $49.99 + tax! Imagine the buffet in Paris which is about $20+ and that's only for lunch or dinner, but with Buffet of Buffets, it's more practical if you're staying overnight at Vegas.
We tried the lunch buffet at Rio first since that's where we're staying.
Las Vegas is also so beautiful in the morning!
I got super excited at the M&M's store!! Imagine seeing m&m's in different colors and flavors!!!!! AAAAH heaven!!
I was looking for my favorite m&m's. The crispy one. I was furiously looking for it only to find out they don't sell it anymore :(
Haha they have their own hand print and foot print! Very hollywood! hahaha
Next buffet was Planet Hollywood's!!!! I liked Planet Hollywood's buffet best among the other buffets we tried!!!
After dinner, we head over to Bellagio for the fountain show! They start it every 30 minutes.
Bellagio's interior is amazing!!!! When you walk inside, it's so luxurious and eye-catching that I don't know where to look first!
Another dinner buffet we tried is at Paris! We're almost full already that we mostly only tried their dessert.
The next day, I convinced both my mom and Tita Vicki for a picture at the Welcome Las Vegas sign! I just had to have a picture!!
We had our breakfast at Paris buffet! They have the best breakfast buffet! I loved the omelette! I've been trying to recreate it since I got back but to no avail. Best omelette ever!!! And the chef was so friendly while we were waiting for him to finish cooking our omelettes!
We mostly stayed indoors the rest of the day. We visited hotels like Caesar's Palace, Paris and Flamingo. Because it's spring, they decorated the hotel with cherry blossoms which I loved that I kept taking pictures of them! We were supposed to watch Cirque du Soleil that night but my menstrual cramps started acting up that we had to head back to the hotel. I felt so bad because I wanted to watch Cirque ever since they went here in the Philippines! Now I missed them on Vegas too :(
Took a drive to Hoover Dam the next day! I know it's not in Las Vegas or not even in Nevada anymore but it's on the same trip so I included it here!
Super thank you to Tita Vicki for this Las Vegas treat! I really enjoyed myself and I hope beyond hope that I can go back to Las Vegas!!
Another road trip back to Los Angeles!! Thank you Las Vegas! Next time, I'll be able to try out the casinos! Hahaha I'm still 19 and not allowed!
