Last February, I enrolled in a workshop at Enderun college. I already mentioned back then that my mom is a fan of looking through promos on the internet, etc. She came across a promo for a French macaron workshop at Enderun college for only 2,000php at
Deal Grocer. And it's really worth it, I tell you!!
We were actually allowed to take pictures and videos so we could watch it again and again and see what we did wrong. The chef had a demo on how to make the macarons. Then we were to pick a partner to do it with after the demo.
These were made by the chef. :)
My partner was Nina Canoy and she's really friendly and cheerful. She's an event planner and you can contact her here -
All In the Details.
Here are really cool macarons. These are Enderun's special Valentine macaron sold at their cafe.
Finished products! Hahaha Nina and I's macarons are the white ones. We were so excited that we forgot to put our food colorings. Hihi we just put different fillings so it would be colorful. We took home about 15 macarons each.
PS: I absolutely love the mint filling!! :)
The workshop is a crazy experience and while I was there, seeing their huge kitchen, I realized how much I really love cooking. I thought about it and I'm so sure now that I took the right path. I'm hoping to attend more workshops like this one. Learning more and more about cooking and baking is ♥.
