Now, I know my New Year in this blog started really late but I've been busy catching up with my movies and dramas and books before the start of the classes. But I'm pretty sure I'm just giving out excuses. So blah blah, forget what I just typed. Anyway, what I missed out blogging about is this!
I had my National Service Training Program or NSTP2 and the program given to us was Pastoral. The week before the start of the Christmas vacation, we go to church before the mass starts to hand out envelopes for the collection of money. The program here is called the
'Kariton ni Maria' wherein we collect money then buy food (canned goods, drinks, rice, etc). The food is then distributed in eco bags before we hand them out to families who are in need. We did all this three days before Christmas (yes, we've been working until Christmas eve).
It's the most heartfelt thing I had done during Christmas in my 19 years of existence so I'm really happy about this.
