Overnight at Hotel Dominique, Tagaytay

My mom has this habit every morning of browsing through metrodeal or ensogo or any of those promo sites they have in the internet. So when she saw this promo for Hotel Dominique, Tagaytay last year, she purchased two. (The promo's for two only. So 2x2=4 hahaha)

So, because we've been busy from our moves (we moved twice within a year) and it takes time to settle in, we really didn't have the chance to use it. It actually expires this September so my mom said it was a waste and decided to use it the last minute. I've been bugging her to go, actually. I don't know how many times I told her that we should go and have that overnight in Tagaytay but oh well. Hahaha I got the chance to tell her 'I told you so...'

Hotel Dominique was fully booked on the weekends when mom inquired so she had no choice but to book us during school days. She booked us, Tuesday, September 11, which means I get to come with them because I don't have classes on Wednesdays and my brothers are to stay at home. Bwahaha chos.

My parents fetched me from my dorm Tuesday afternoon. The hotel was a 30-minute ride from my school. We checked in, then headed out for dinner at Leslie's.

"At Hotel Dominique, we'll welcome you into a charming European-style chalet in the cool countryside of Tagaytay. Here, you can hole up in a Balinese suite or a cabana with direct access to the pool. But we're more than just a place to stay. Our hotel imparts the feeling of "home" when we greet you with the warmest of smiles and attend to your needs promptly. And whether you spend your days sampling our signature dishes or getting a massage, you can always come back to a room that looks like the very first day you saw it." - Hotel Dominique

We were assigned the Tanguile cabana which is a 2-storey cottage-like room.

Me to Mom: "Paano na ko magkakaron ng magandang pictures nito sa bakasyon natin sa November? Puro malabo!"
Mom: "Bwahaha!"

I told my dad to treat me at Starbucks because I want cake and there's no desserts restaurant near Leslie's. Wahaha!

Went back to the hotel right after. I brought my laptop with me so my mom and I watched The Sound of Music which I recently downloaded. Grabe, three hour movie!

Me to Dad: "Kunan mo kami ng picture ni mama! Kunware stolen!" (explains my laughing face, haha there's no funny scenes in The Sound of Music :P)

Breakfast
"Ay, shit, sayang, hindi ko napicture-an yung kinain ko! Masarap pa naman." -Ramon Bautista hahaha

Headed off to Ming's Garden before they bring me back to my dorm.

Effort magjumpshot! Hahaha awkward

So there! :P Mom said she already purchased another one for an overnight stay in Tagaytay again so my brothers could come with us next time. In a different hotel though. So, til next time! hihi
