I was honestly not looking forward to this trip when it was announced.
Well, okay, a little bit. haha :p
I had a few reasons why. I had been to Ilocos back in 2010 for another educational trip. I was in my 4th year in high school back then and of course I was excited because I get to be in a trip miles away from home with my closest friends.
But this time, I was worried because I don't know anyone in our class. Right before the trip, I got to know a few of them through our class project but still, I was unsettled. Who would I join when we have our meals? Who would be my roommates? Who would sit beside me in the bus? Those sort of questions. It turns out I didn't have to worry about anything at all. Luckily, my classmates (HRM15) are kind and friendly so I had an easy time in getting along with them.
