Four Seasons

Even though where I come from the 'four seasons' doesn't occur...

Spring
 A beginning.

When I hear the word Spring, I always think of those moments on TV when snow melts then flowers bloom.
I probably see most of these on Disney when I was a kid.
There's this thing about Spring that I find comforting.
You know, the happiness you would feel when you see those beautiful and pleasant flowers bloom.
It's just color all over the place and it would make you smile and laugh.
You would just feel light and free.

I'm really a sucker for flowers.
The idea of flowers all over a place makes me happy inside.
I imagine having this heavenly garden I'm going to have at my house when I grow up.
 There's just color, you know?
Colors just make everything so lively...

Summer
Waves of freedom.

When Summer is mentioned, I automatically think about beaches of course.
Though I don't like to swim in the sea that much (for some unexplainable reason), there's something about going to the beach.

When you find a quiet place during sunset, you would go and think.
No, it's not about being emo or anything.
But hearing the waves.
The feel of those soft waves and sand by your feet just feels... right.
It's relaxing in some odd way.
I would feel happy rather than feel alone when I look through the horizon and see those soft gentle hues.
It's the color again, you know?

And when it's nighttime, I think it's going to be safe lying on the soft sand and looking through the blanket of stars.
It's just a shame that the stars are rarely there anymore.
 I remember the glitter.
The stars flicker and your mouth would just curve up into a smile almost instantly.

 Autumn
 Fallen leaves.

This season is my favorite.
Yes, it's depressing when you see the leaves fall and the wind starts to get cold.

But I find solace in it.
You see, I always imagine myself going to a country during Autumn.
I would visit parks and I would find wonder when the leaves fall.
Mixed red, green, yellow, orange, brown...
I would enjoy it if I could just twirl around and let the leaves fall above me.
But I guess, when people would see me do it, they would get creeped out. (haha)

And I always see this on TV.
You know that moment when the leaves are raked and piled up under the tree, then the kids would run and jump on it.
I want to do it too.
 Someday..

Winter
Cozy and warm

Winter is the most depressing of all.
It's nighttime and it's just black and white, you know?

But what makes it special is the lights coming from the people's houses.
  It's the holidays, you see.
So Christmas lights are all over the place.
Red, green, blue, yellow.
Again, you see color, don't you?

When you come inside those houses, jolly families are all huddled by the fireplace, seeking warmth not just from the fire itself, but from their family's smiles and laughter too.
They would spend their time drinking hot coco during the late hours of the night.
They would share stories.
And I would find it cute that people would have those red tint on their cheeks because of the cold.
Well, don't you?

You see the color all year round?
Happiness.
